This notice covers this website and its public API.
When you visit
Our hosting and security providers receive technical request data — such as your IP address, browser and device information, the page requested, the referring page and the time — to deliver pages, keep the service secure and fix problems.
We have not added visitor analytics or advertising trackers. Our ordinary public pages do not require a visitor account. Administrator sessions use cookies as described below.
When you search
Search terms are sent to our servers to find matching casinos. They can appear in the page address, your browser history and server logs. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.
When you email us
We receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it to reply and to check or correct data. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information we do not need.
Administrator accounts
People who maintain the site sign in to a separate admin area. For them we process account details, a session cookie, and IP address and browser information for security. Admins can also connect Google to work with spreadsheets they select. This does not apply to ordinary visitors.
Service providers
We use Vercel for hosting and file storage (Vercel Blob), Neon for the database and Cloudflare for domain name services. Some providers may process data outside Costa Rica, including in the United States.
How long we keep information
Technical logs are kept according to our providers’ retention settings. Backups are kept for recovery; they do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us: moon@safety.casino .
You may also contact the data protection authority where you live. In Costa Rica, that is PRODHAB, under Law No. 8968.
Other websites, age and changes
Links to casinos, review sources and support organizations lead to sites with their own privacy policies.
This site is for adults (18+) and is not directed at minors. If this notice changes, we will update the date above.
