Using the site
How do I find a casino?
Search for a casino name or official domain, or browse the A–Z directory.
Browse casinos A–ZHow do filters and sorting work?
On a filtered directory page, choose the source, coverage, score range or note that matters to you. Sorting changes the display order, not a platform's score. Your choices stay in the page address.
Open the casino directoryHow do I read the score chip?
The centre shows our overall comparison score out of 10. The ring segments show which of the five sources count, have a low score, show a Consumer Warning or do not count.
How to read the scoreCan I share a filtered list?
Yes. Copy the page address. It retains the search, filters and sort order.
Reading the scores
Why do review sites give different scores?
The sources use different measures, audiences and methods. Their numbers can differ even when they cover the same casino.
Compare the five sourcesWhat is a provisional score?
One or two counted sources produce a provisional comparison score. A small change to either source can move it substantially.
Read the coverage rulesWhy do some casinos have no overall score?
No source currently counts for them. Their source rows explain which records are missing or excluded.
Read the inclusion rulesWhy does a Trustpilot Consumer Warning count as 0?
When the Warning was last validated, Trustpilot hid its TrustScore. Our published rule contributes 0/10 until a later validated check changes that record. Trustpilot did not award the zero.
Read the Warning ruleWhat does “Last checked over 3 months ago” mean?
The last source check is over 90 days old. Its last-checked rating remains included, with the check date visible, until a later validated check changes the record.
Freshness and coverageData and corrections
How often is the data updated?
Sources are checked on a rolling basis, so dates vary. Each source row shows its latest check date.
How we check sourcesI found a wrong score or detail. What should I do?
Tell us which casino and source record looks wrong. We check the original record and apply the same published rules when the source record changes.
Report an errorI run a casino. Can I ask for an update?
Yes. We check the source records and apply the same published rules when a source record changes. A request or payment does not alter the calculation or display order.
How we handle correctionsDo casinos pay to be listed or ranked?
Payment or update requests do not override our published calculation and sorting rules. Scores and ordering can change when source records are updated or you change the sort and filters.
